Subforums

I'd like to see a more obvious breadcrumb trail or some obvious parent-child relationship for subforums. Until it gets really busy I'd suggest restricting the number of forums.

Live Poker forum
--Meetups subforum
Off topic forum

Yeah, you've got a point - for now I've just restricted to "Live poker forum" and we can add sub-forums as and when they are deemed necessary
